01 About DuVio

DuVio is an AI-powered relationship and sexual counseling application developed by Bitpro Invest OÜ (Estonia, EU). The App uses evidence-based frameworks including the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), delivered through an AI conversational interface.

02 Not a Substitute for Professional Therapy

⚠️ DuVio provides AI-powered support based on established therapeutic frameworks. It is not a licensed therapy service and does not establish a therapist-client relationship. In situations involving serious mental health concerns, domestic violence, or crisis, please seek help from a licensed professional or contact emergency services.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DuVio. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

04 What DuVio Offers

AI-guided relationship and sexual counseling based on scientifically validated methods
Practical exercises based on the Gottman Method, EFT, and ACT
A private, confidential space — all session data stays on your device
Between-session support via the quick questions feature

05 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or misuse the AI system
Use the App as a sole resource if you are in acute mental health crisis

06 Apple App Store — Additional Terms

If you downloaded DuVio from the Apple App Store, the following applies:

These Terms are between you and Bitpro Invest OÜ only — not Apple Inc.
Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for DuVio
Apple is not responsible for any claims related to DuVio
You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms

07 Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology in DuVio is owned by Bitpro Invest OÜ. Therapeutic frameworks referenced (Gottman Method, EFT, ACT) are used in accordance with their public educational use principles.

08 Limitation of Liability

Bitpro Invest OÜ provides DuVio "as is". We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content, or for outcomes resulting from use of the App. You remain responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing.

09 Subscriptions and Payments

DuVio is currently free to use. If paid features are introduced in the future, separate subscription terms will be provided and your consent will be requested before any charges are made.

10 Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy. We do not collect or store your personal data or conversation content.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.

12 Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
