01 Who We Are

DuVio is operated by Bitpro Invest OÜ, a company registered in Estonia, European Union. Contact: info@duvio.app.

02 Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect or store:

Your name, age, gender, or profile information
Your conversation history or session content
Your relationship or sexual health information
Your location data
Device identifiers or advertising IDs
Usage analytics or behavioral data

All profile data and session content is stored exclusively on your device and never transmitted to our servers.

03 Minimal Technical Data

Our servers process the following minimal data solely to deliver the service:

AI message processing — messages are sent to Google's Gemini AI for real-time processing and immediately discarded. We do not log or store message content.
Push notification tokens — if you enable notifications, your device's push token is stored to deliver notifications. No personal data is linked to this token.
Voluntary feedback — if you submit in-app feedback, we receive your rating and optional message only.

04 Automatic Technical Information

Our servers receive standard HTTP request metadata (IP address, timestamp, response size) when you use the App. This is not linked to your identity and is retained in server logs for up to 30 days for security purposes only.

05 Third-Party Services

Google Gemini AI — real-time AI processing. Google Privacy Policy →
Google Cloud Run — backend hosting in the EU
Expo — push notification delivery
Resend — email delivery for voluntary feedback only

We do not use advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or data brokers.

06 Apple and Google

When you download DuVio from the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google may collect standard download data per their own privacy policies. This is outside our control.

07 Data Deletion

Since we do not store your personal data, there is nothing for us to delete. To remove all your data:

In-app — Settings → Delete all data. Permanently removes all locally stored data from your device.
Push token — disable notifications in Settings.
Confirmation — email info@duvio.app and we will confirm within 30 days.

08 Your GDPR Rights

As an EU-based company, we comply with GDPR. Because we do not collect personal data, most rights are fulfilled automatically. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

09 Children

DuVio is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10 Security

Data stored on your device is encrypted. All communication with our servers uses TLS/HTTPS encryption.

11 Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
